Getting Started
Welcome to The Latest Homes Property Studio. This is where your agency can set up its profile, create property listings, manage enquiries and publish homes to the platform.
Update Agent Particulars
Edit any agency’s public detailed particulars — name, contact details, coverage areas, branches/offices and profile description — without signing in as that agent. Use Edit office details on the agent card.
Open Agent Particulars →1. Complete Your Public Profile
Add your agency name, website, public contact details, coverage areas and branches. This powers Find an Agent and your public agent profile.
Edit public profile →2. Add Your First Property
Create a new property listing by adding the property title, price, location, description, bedrooms, bathrooms and property type. You can also upload images, select a hero image, add floorplans, EPCs, brochures and video or social media links.
Create listing →3. Save, Preview & Publish
Save the listing as a draft first so it can be checked before going live. Use the preview button to review the public property page, then publish when the listing is ready to appear on The Latest Homes.

How feeds & drafts work →4. Manage Enquiries
When a buyer or tenant sends an enquiry, it will appear in your enquiries area with their name, email, phone number, message and the property they are interested in. You can contact them directly and mark the enquiry as contacted.

Ask your CRM provider (Street, Alto/Vebra, or another) to send a property feed to TLH so listings can be imported into the Property Studio during BETA.
