Add an agent yourself

Creates their Firebase login, agent profile, and sends one branded onboarding email (password setup, profile, CRM/feed steps for Street / Alto / Rex / other, Property Studio). A separate [TLH copy] goes to info@thelatesthomes.co.uk.

What the agent email includes

Subject: Your The Latest Homes access is ready — login & next steps

Branded cream card (same style as agent application emails), with:

Set Your Secure Password + Agent Login (their email)
Complete agency profile
CRM-specific feed steps for the CRM you select (Street, Alto/Vebra, Rex, other, or manual)
Review drafts in Property Studio
Reply when ready — support number included

You also get a separate [TLH copy] at info@thelatesthomes.co.uk (not BCC, so it doesn’t hit Resend suppressions).

How the flow works

Apply → you get notified → you approve → they get welcome login

1. Agent applies They submit via Launch / Founding Agent forms (e.g. founding-agents.html or apply-launch-agent.html). A record is created in founding_agents.

2. You get an email Subject like New Founding Agent Application: [Agency], sent to the TLH admin inbox, with an Approve Agent & Send Login button.

3. Agent gets welcome email When you click approve, TLH creates their login and automatically emails them Your The Latest Homes Agent Login Is Ready with password-setup + login links.

Yes — you should get confirmation/application emails so you can accept them. Approving is what triggers their welcome/login email. If you click the approval link again later, the system can re-send a fresh password setup email.

What the agent gets when you accept them

You do not need to invent login details yourself — approval creates the Auth user and sends the password link.

Fill in the agent details and send. Compact TLH buttons go out via Resend from info@thelatesthomes.co.uk. A copy also goes to that same inbox.
