The easiest setup is for your CRM to export a property feed to TLH. We receive the feed, store it safely, map the fields into the TLH Property Studio format, and import listings as drafts for review unless publishing is explicitly agreed.
What To Ask For
Ask Your CRM For A Portal Feed
Send this request to your CRM provider or account manager:
Please enable a property export feed for The Latest Homes. We need a portal / property feed from our CRM, including sales and lettings listings, media, floorplans, EPCs, brochures, branch identifiers, status updates and price changes.
- Feed format: XML, JSON or CSV where available; Rightmove BLM or API export can also be reviewed.
- Delivery: HTTPS POST to TLH, or SFTP if that is how your CRM exports.
- Update frequency: ideally daily or whenever listings change.
- Sample file and field guide for testing.
CRM Checklist
What To Request From Your Provider
Works for Street, Alto/Vebra and other agency CRMs. Ask your support contact for a sample export before TLH confirms the exact mapping.
- Property feed / portal export endpoint or scheduled export details.
- Sample file in XML, JSON, CSV or Rightmove BLM/ZIP where available.
- Image, media, floorplan, EPC and brochure URLs.
- Price, address, descriptions, status, bedrooms, bathrooms and property type fields.
- Branch, office and agent contact details.
- Whether the feed can include sales and lettings, plus live / available statuses (and how withdrawn / SSTC / under offer / let agreed are handled).
TLH Receiving Details
Where The Feed Should Go
For HTTPS delivery, your CRM provider can send the feed here:
POST https://us-central1-thelatesthomes-394aa.cloudfunctions.net/receiveCrmPropertyFeed
Header: x-tlh-feed-token: tlh-crm-feed-2026
Optional: x-tlh-feed-source: street, alto, vebra or your-provider-name
Optional: x-tlh-agent-email: your-public-agent-email
Optional: x-tlh-agent-uid: TLH agent profile UID
During BETA, TLH requires the feed to identify the agent by a known TLH profile UID or email before imported listings can be assigned or published. Items without a matched agent are kept as unassigned drafts for admin review.
Where your CRM exports Rightmove-format BLM/ZIP files, TLH also provides an SFTP inbox. Imports run every 15 minutes as draft listings (Available stock can then be published once reviewed).
SFTP host: provided by TLH after setup
Port: 22
Protocol: SFTP
Username: provided by TLH
Upload path: /AgencyName/ (static folder — preferred)
Example file: 39148.zip (Client / Branch ID in the filename or feed data)
Ask TLH (info@thelatesthomes.co.uk) for the live host, password and folder name. Prefer a static agency folder for multi-branch feeds; Client / Branch IDs in the zip or BLM data map listings to the correct TLH office email. For portal / login problems only, agents can email admin@tlhportal.co.uk.
Fields Needed
What The Feed Should Include
- Unique property reference / external ID.
- Sale or lettings department.
- Marketing status: Available, Under Offer, SSTC, Sold, Let Agreed, Withdrawn.
- Price, previous price and price-change date where available.
- Property type, bedrooms, bathrooms and description.
- Address, town, county, postcode and coordinates if available.
- Photo URLs, floorplans, EPCs and brochure links.
- Branch/office ID and public contact email.
Review Process
How TLH Handles Imports
Imported CRM listings are treated carefully so your public presentation remains controlled.
- TLH receives and stores the raw CRM feed.
- The importer maps fields into the Property Studio format.
- Listings are imported as drafts by default.
- Your team can review images, descriptions and documents.
- Available stock is published when ready (pipeline statuses stay in Studio).
This protects your brand and supports the TLH Style Guide standards before anything goes public.
BETA Process
What Happens After The Sample Feed?
- TLH reviews the sample file and confirms the exact field mapping.
- A test import is run into draft listings, not straight onto the public website.
- Your team and TLH check the imported property details, images, floorplans, EPCs, descriptions and statuses.
- If your CRM uses different field names or media structures, TLH reviews and tunes the parser during BETA.
- Once the import is reliable, we agree whether future updates stay as draft/review or can sync automatically.
During BETA, TLH will prioritise accuracy and presentation over speed. The aim is to make sure the feed works properly before any agent relies on it for live publishing.
Email Template
Email Your CRM Provider
Generic request for Street, Alto/Vebra or any other CRM. Replace the bracketed fields before sending. This email includes where the feed should be sent.
Important: the mapping email is your agency’s TLH login / public profile email (so we can attach the feed to the right office). It is not info@thelatesthomes.co.uk or admin@tlhportal.co.uk. Copy TLH on setup at info@thelatesthomes.co.uk.
Hello,
We would like to enable a property listing feed from our CRM to The Latest Homes (TLH).
Please confirm you can set up a portal / property export for The Latest Homes covering:
- Sales and lettings listings
- Photos, floorplans, EPCs and brochures
- Property statuses and price changes
- Branch / Client IDs and office details
Where the feed should go — HTTPS (preferred if your CRM can POST):
POST https://us-central1-thelatesthomes-394aa.cloudfunctions.net/receiveCrmPropertyFeed
Header: x-tlh-feed-token: tlh-crm-feed-2026
Optional header: x-tlh-feed-source: street, alto, vebra or your-provider-name
Optional header: x-tlh-agent-email: [your agency's TLH login email]
Where the feed should go — SFTP (if your CRM exports Rightmove-format BLM/ZIP):
- Protocol: SFTP, Port: 22
- Host / username / password / folder: TLH will provide these (please copy info@thelatesthomes.co.uk)
- Prefer upload path /AgencyName/ (static folder) rather than a Client ID path
- Include Client / Branch IDs in the zip filename or feed data where applicable
XML, JSON or CSV over HTTPS is also welcome if that is easier for your team.
Our TLH office email for mapping is: [your agency's TLH login email — e.g. sales@youragency.co.uk — not info@thelatesthomes.co.uk]
Please copy The Latest Homes on setup: info@thelatesthomes.co.uk
Once ready, please confirm Client ID(s), delivery method, and when the first file will be sent.
Kind regards,
