Hiding an agent sets directoryVisible to false and active to false. Their profile leaves Find an Agent, and their listings are hidden from public search, map, homepage and property pages. The Firestore agent and listing records stay intact for admin/history.
Use Edit office details to update agency name, phone, website, coverage areas and branches — same fields as the agent profile setup page.
Use Live properties to open any Published listing in Property Studio.
Delete agent unpublishes their listings, removes the agent profile, and disables their Auth login (requires typing the agency name).
