What Ambassadors do
Your job is to open doors and present TLH clearly — not to invent product promises.
- Book short meetings with estate agency principals / branch managers
- Walk them through the live platform (homepage → listing → area → early access offer)
- Pitch Partner Plans to local businesses and national specialists — often your fastest cleared commission
- Introduce landlord BETA listings (£39) where relevant
- Capture interest and hand warm leads to TLH for onboarding
- Work an exclusive designated location / area agreed with TLH after interview
Training materials and pitch packs are issued only after a successful interview and offer — not at application stage.
BETA commission package
Agents — first 20 free live, then 3 months free
Launch offices in Dorset, Hampshire, Surrey, East & West Sussex and Kent: the first 20 selected offices get free live access. When those places fill, new agents get 3 months free, then subscription. There is no Ambassador commission during free access. You earn when that office stays and pays from month 4 (or after free-live ends, when they convert) — once their first GoCardless payment has cleared. All agent fees are per office.

Partner Plans — paid after approval (often quicker)
Partners pay only after TLH approves them. Your commission is 20% of the first cleared payment. Use these when you need nearer-term earnings alongside agent free trials.

Rules (keep it clean)
- Agents: no pay on free trial — only when they convert at month 4+
- Partners / landlords: pay only after cleared funds
- Lead must be attributed to you before TLH starts onboarding
- Paid within 14 days of cleared funds
- Territory overlaps are decided by TLH — no double-paying the same office or partner
