TLH LANDLORD BETA

List your rental with the compliance checks buyers and tenants expect

During BETA, landlords can list a To Let property on The Latest Homes for a fixed fee. Applications require identity verification (KYC), Land Registry ownership proof, a mandatory EPC, gas and electrical certificates where required, and a deposit protection declaration. Flats in a managed block also need consent to rent from the freeholder or management company.
